Heard the counsel for petitioners in all the Writ Petitions, and the learned Government Pleader for Home, for respondents. 2.

The Counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing for Home (Telangana), state that similar Writ Petitions were disposed of by common order dt.31.10.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dt.13.04.2017 in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014, and the issue involved in these Writ Petitions is covered by the said decision.

In view of the above said submission, the present Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the common order dt.31.10.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dt.13.04.2017 in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
