The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.3 and 2 of 2019 are filed to record compromise and permit them to compound the offences respectively in crime No.717 of 2018 of PS Gachibowli registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354D and 506 of Indian Penal Code, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in crime No.717 of 2018 of PS Gachibowli are hereby quashed and they are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 and A.2 shall stand cancelled.
