Perused the record and heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not approving the list and issuing hall tickets for examination to be conducted from 22.02.2010 for the course of Multipurpose Health Workers (Female), as illegal and arbitrary. On 19.02.2010, this Court while admitting the Writ Petition granted interim direction to the respondents to issue hall tickets to the students of the petitioner's College.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication, at this length of time. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
