Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application on 16.02.2018 to the 1st respondent to permit him to screen five shows per day in the Multiplex being run by him, and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.16.02.2018 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
