It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order passed by the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad in I.A.No.245 of 2014 in O.P.No.39 of 2014 dated 23.01.2015, the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
