Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents. 2.

It is stated by both sides that the impugned order dt.21.06.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent has since been withdrawn by the 2nd respondent and the petitioner is being allowed to continue at the place where she is working prior to 21.05.2017, and that the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
