HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 573 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

The appellant has preferred the instant appeal against the order, dated 22.06.2015, passed in W.P.No.15470 of 2015, whereby his writ petition challenging the order of suspension of authorisation, dated 02.05.2015, came to be dismissed by learned Judge with the following observations:

"However, in view of suspension of authorization for a period of 90 days, as can be seen from the order dated 02.05.2015, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order at this stage but directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry by issuing an appropriate show cause notice, inviting reply from the petitioner and conducting an enquiry."

In view of the observations made by learned Judge and considering that 90 days period is yet not over, we are not inclined to interfere with the order in intra-court appeal. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
