HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.542 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are meddling with his property in Survey No.274/1, Bhagya Lakshmi Co-Operative Housing Society, Quthubullapur Village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, under the guise of a survey without following the due procedure by giving him notice. In the light of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, it is not necessary at this stage to put the unofficial respondents on notice or afford them an opportunity of hearing. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that there appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, but in the event any survey of the subject land is undertaken, it would be only in strict adherence to the due procedure by giving prior notice to all parties concerned, including the petitioner. The stand of the authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no further adjudication is required at this stage.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
