Smt.P.Lakshmi, learned counsel, representing Sri K.Buchi Babu, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition on the ground that the same has become infructuous. 3.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
