PRIYADARSINI ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha) Aggrieved by the Order dated 14.12.2010 in O.P.No.823 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-Cum-Additional Family Court-CumXXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, the present appeal is filed.

No representation on appellant's side on call. There was no representation even on 18.01.2023. 3.

On 18.01.2023, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as all the disputes between the parties are amicably settled and compromise was effected, the appeal has become infructuous.

In the light of the submission thus made and as continuous non-representation of the matter by the appellant is found, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs.
