This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.18 of 2011 on the file of Anakapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 152, 153, 353, 341 and 336 IPC. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the investigation revealed that the case has been registered as mistake of fact and accordingly, the case was referred as mistake of fact. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
