HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8232 & 8233 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7796 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 & 7 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.194 of 2015 of Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
