This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.547 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge Court, Tanuku, West Godavari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
