RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Direction or an Order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner in to suitable post on compassionate appointment under Bread Winner Scheme is bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust and unreasonable and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner into any suitable post on compassionate grounds (under breadwinner scheme) in the respondent corporation forthwith and pass such other order or orders this Honble Cou( deems fit and proper.
