O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of 3rd respondent - District Collector, in not taking action on the representation of the petitioners' dated 10-12-2019 for changing the plan from the old road to new one, as shown in the map, which passes through Sy.No.441 of Puduru to Ananthpur villages, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings submits that a learned single Judge of this court, considering identical set of facts and circumstances, dismissed W.P.No.361 of 2020 dated 08.01.2020. The above submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.361 of 2020 dated 08.01.2020, the present writ petition is also dismissed.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
