When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. However, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3759 of 2001, which was dismissed, and therefore, contended that the present writ petition also be dismissed. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 04.10.2018 in W.P.No.3759 of 2001, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
