This petition is filed under Section 483 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-de facto complainant seeking direction to the Court of IV Additional Judicial I Class Magistrate at Kakinada, East Godavari District (for short, 'the Court below') to dispose of C.C.No. 127 of 2016 pending on its file within two months. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

By exercising power under Sections 482 and 483 Cr.P.C., I deem it appropriate to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of C.C.No. 127 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order while giving preference to pre2012 cases pending if any. 4.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed in consequence.
