THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.1784 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities with regard to non-appointment of the writ petitioner as Security Guard under land loosers quota and by declaring that the writ petitioner is entitled for appointment for the post of Security Guard in Priyadarshini Joorala Hydro Electrical Scheme, Revulapally, Mahabubnagar District and by further declaring that the impugned action infringes rights guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India"

2. Heard Sri V.Mallik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 22.12.2015 to the 1st respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation and a necessary direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 22.12.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
