HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.2311 of 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 25.02.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them including filing of advancement petition before the Court.
