ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.37 of 2013 of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471, 406, 448 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A8.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and final report is filed referring the case as 'civil in nature' and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
