HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.161 OF 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner-company is that subject vehicle financed by their company was seized on 30-04-2017 by respondents 1 to 4 and the petitioner-company filed application for release of the same on 10-11-2017 before the 2nd respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-company submits that loan hypothecation agreement dated 27-04-2017 was entered into by respondents 5 and 6 in favour of the petitionercompany and committed breach of terms of said agreement. Heard learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Since application is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to pass orders.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner-company in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 04-01-2018 Nvl
