THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3832 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 82 of 2012 on the file of I Town Police Station, Adilabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 19.12.2012 before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Adilabad and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 64 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trail on 29.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
