In view of the letter dated 27.12.2014 submitted by Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for appellant, to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
