THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.2529 OF 2006 ORDER:

On 25.1.2018, when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of "for dismissal". On 2.2.2018, 9.2.2018 and 16.2.2018 the matter was listed under the same caption. But there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today, even though the matter was listed under the same caption of dismissal, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
