THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 25678 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents. The prayer sought in the Writ petition is as under: " .... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring the action of seizing the vehicles bearing Nos TN 34 J 1888 and KA 01 MF 6888 is without jurisdiction, illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to release the vehicles bearing Nos. TN 34 J 1888 and KA 01 MF 6888 which are custody in the 1st Respondent in favour of the Petitioner forthwith ." During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 2.9.2013, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
