ORDER:

Prayer in the present writ petition cannot be considered in view of the WP.No.10809 of 2015 already pending before this Court wherein by order dated 17.04.2015, all the parties were directed to maintain status quo.

2. Allegations in the present writ petition are against the officials of the Forest Department. Since respondent No.4 herein is also a party to the earlier writ petition and the order of status quo, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps with reference to the earlier writ petition pending before this Court. However, a second writ petition cannot be entertained on the self-same allegations.

The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
