THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.335 of 2019 ORDER:

Challenge in this writ petition is to the common order dated 17.04.2014 passed by the Joint Collector, Medak at Sanga Reddy, in Case No.F3/603/2014 and batch.

This Court is now informed that the very same common order was subjected to challenge before this Court in a batch of writ petitions, viz., W.P.Nos.13315, 13405, 13412, 13415, 13326, 13389 and 13399 of 2014, and by common order dated 27.12.2018, a learned Judge of this Court allowed the said writ petitions setting aside the impugned common order dated 17.04.2014.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed for reasons alike as were mentioned in the common order dated 27.12.2018 in W.P.No.13315 of 2014 and batch and in terms thereof.
