This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.416 of 2018 of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 01.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, and C.C.No.363 of 2019 is assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
