Smt. Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel, states that the petitioners obtained a 'No Objection' vakalat and also took away the file. However, it appears that the said 'No Objection' vakalat has not been acted upon. Learned counsel reports no instructions owing to the afore-stated facts.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
