THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT APPEAL NO.1015 OF 2016 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that since the subject building has already been demolished, the cause in the Writ Appeal does not survive and that the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

The Writ Appeal is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
