HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1402 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 27.09.2017, passed by the respondent in pursuance to the order dated 07.04.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.12370 of 2017. The petitioner could not dispute issuance of the said proceedings.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the order dated 07.04.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.12370/2017. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 27.09.2017 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
