This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking verbatim the following the relief: " ......it is therefore prayed that the Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission and approval for the construction of building with Stilt + 4 Upper Floors in respect of the Plot No.1053 in Survey No.44/ 1 of The Mathrusri Co-operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and issue a consequential direction directing the respondents to grant Building Permission duly considering the application in Reference File No.2/ C12/ 15850/ 2017 dated 18.11.2017 by setting aside the Lr.No.2/ C12/ 15850/ 2017 dated 13.12.2017; and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent, and of Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 5 and 6. I have perused the material record. 3.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 5 and 6 are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 15.03.2017, passed in W.P.No.9035 of 2017 and

MSRM, J W.P.no.250 of 2018 orders, dated 20.12.2017, passed in W.P.no.43286 of 2017. A copy of the order of this Court in the later writ petition is placed on record. 4.

Having regard to the facts & submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 15.13.2017, of this Court in W.P.no.9035 of 2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. Office is directed to annexe to this order, a copy of the order, dated 15.03.2017, passed in W.P.no.9035 of 2017.

There shall be no order as to costs.
