HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.387 of 2020 ORDER:

According to the petitioner, he owns land to an extent of Ac.3.15 guntas in survey No.131/1 (new No.131/1/21) Huggelli Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangareddy District and he was issued patta certificate to that extent and in passbooks earlier issued also, the correct extent of land was reflected. The petitioner now alleges that even though he is in possession of entire extent of land in Form I-B ROR online records the extent of land is reduced by 1 acre. Having noticed the reduction of land, the petitioner claims that a representation was made on 29.11.2019 requesting the Tahsildar to correct the online entries. The said request is acknowledged by Tahsildar, but so far no decision is taken compelling the petitioner to institute this writ petition. Copy of the representation made by the petitioner to the Tahsildar is filed as Ex.P1.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondentTahsildar to look into the grievance of the petitioner with regard to reflection of less extent of land in the online Form I-B register and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
