The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the representation of the petitioners dt. 6-12-2018 received on 10-12-2018, submitted requesting the 3rd respondent to restore the Khata No.410 of Morigadi Sattaiah in the revenue records in respect of the lands in Sy.No.93/E admeasuring Ac.0. 141⁄2 gts, Sy.No.92/A admeasuring Ac.0.15, Sy.No.91/E admeasuring Ac.0.11 gts,.

Sy.No.68/E admeasuring Ac.0.36 gts, Sy.No.67/E admeasuring Ac.3.02 1⁄4 , Sy.No.126/A/5 admeasuring Ac.0.15 gts, and Sy.No.125/A/5 admeasuring Ac.0.11 gts situated in Sharajpet Village, Alair Revenue Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, erstwhile Nalgonda District as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to restore the Khata No.410 of Morigadi Sattaiah in the revenue records in respect of the lands in Sy.No.93/E admeasuring Ac.0.14 1⁄2 gts, Sy.No.92/A admeasuring Ac.0.15, Sy.No.91/E admeasuring Ac.0.11 gts, Sy.No.68/E admeasuring Ac.0.36 gts, Sy.No.67/E admeasuring Ac.3.02 1⁄4 , Sy.No.126/A/5 admeasuring Ac.0.15 gts, and Sy.No.125/A/5 admeasuring Ac.0.11 gts, situated in Sharajpet Village, Alair Revenue Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, erstwhile Nalgonda District, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

Perusal of the representations made by the petitioners demonstrates that the same were received by the revenue authorities to

whom they were addressed. That being so, it is not open to the said authorities to remain silent and inactive.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Aleir Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' representations in accordance with the due procedure and communicate the result thereof to them. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
