HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.449 of 2019 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned removal order dated 17.12.2018 issued by respondent No.2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned removal order dated 17.12.2018 issued by respondent No.2. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the appeal being filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if necessary, by applying the proportionality theory. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
