We see that the learned Government Pleader was justified in pointing out that in view of the judgment rendered today in W.P.No.14010 of 2018 and batch, the relief sought for herein cannot be granted since the amendment to the statute has been upheld and the areas in relation to which this Writ Petition is filed are already included in the Municipalities. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
