The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 and the 1st respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.615 of 2013 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, which is outcome of crime No.525 of 2005 of Begumpet PS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 406, 420 & 471 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
