THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4590 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the orders dated 11.10.2013 in I.A.No.3366 of 2013 in I.A.No.4197 of 2008 in O.S.No.1238 of 2004 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
