Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue writ or direction, preferably writ of certiorari and call for the record pertaining to award in O.S.No.4 of 2009 dated 04.06.2009 and order passed in PLC.No.793 of 2013 dated 24.07.2013 passed by the Hon'ble District Legal Services Authority, Warangal and quash the same". 2.

On 21.06.2018, we have adjourned the case to today, to enable the counsel for the sole petitioner to bring on record, his legal representatives, as he was stated to have died in the year 2016. As the legal representatives of the petitioner have not come on record for nearly 2 years, we have granted a week's time for doing the needful, with the rider that by the next date of hearing, if the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioners is not filed, the writ petition will automatically stand dismissed.

Today at the hearing, the learned counsel representing Mr.Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, submitted that no one has approached them for filing the application for bringing them on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole writ petitioner. 4.

In the light of the above order dated 21.06.2018, the writ petition automatically stood dismissed as abated. 5.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dated 12.09.2013 shall stand vacated and accordingly, I.A.No.1 of
