This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in appointing the 4th respondent as one of the Trustees of the Board of Trustees of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Mallavaram Village, Maddipadu Mandal, Prakasam District through proceedings D.Dis.No.H1/53464/2008, dated 26.02.2009 as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to sections 18 and 19(f) of A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to appoint the 4th respondent as Trustee of any institution or endowment in future. 2.

Though this writ petition was admitted on 08.04.2009, no interim order was passed.

3. By virtue of the impugned proceedings dated 26.02.2009, trustees have been appointed and they continued for a period of two years and the said period has expired by efflux of time. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.09.2015.
