Heard counsel for petitioners and Mr.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy for 2nd respondent.

This Court is in complete agreement with the view expressed by the trial Court for refusing to implead District Sub Registrar, Karimnagar as respondent No.3 in I.A.No.269 of 2017 in O.S.No.15 of 2006.

No ground is made out warranting interference of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
