As per the docket order dated 20.11.2017, the matter is posted for obtaining particulars of the LRs of the deceased sole appellant. Today, learned counsel for appellant is present but he expressed his inability to find the particulars of the LRs. It is an old appeal of the year 1996.

In those circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
