Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri N. Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would report no instructions.

2. In fact, the request made herein is to withdraw O.S.No.41 of 2008 from the file of learned X Additional District Judge - cum - Special Judge for Trial of Cases under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act, Rajahmundry, and transfer the same to the Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District.

3. Since, no instructions are reported and no stay was granted since 2015 and the case is coming up for filing proof of service, it appears, the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the present transfer petition.
