BALAYOGI C.R.P.No. 3687 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 13.06.2017 passed in E.P.No. 13 of 2016 in A.R.C. No. 637 of 2014 by II Additional District Judge, R.R. District at L.B.Nagar.

Sri K. Maheshwara Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the respondents shall not press the order dated 13.06.2017 passed in E.P.No. 13 of 2016 till disposal of the O.P.No. 830 of 2015 on the file of the Court of III Additional District Judge, R.R. District at L.B.Nagar filed against the Arbitration Award dated 27.05.2015. In view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondents, we hereby direct III Additional District Judge, R.R. District to dispose of O.P.No. 830 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the order dated 13.06.2017 passed in E.P.No. 13 of 2016 in A.R.C.No. 637 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, R.R. District at L.B.Nagar, shall remain stayed.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
