Petitioner challenges proceedings dated 21.05.2016 confirming sale of EP schedule property. Petitioner raises several factual and legal objections on the confirmation of sale.

Admittedly, the orders passed by the fourth respondent are appealable and the petitioner can work out remedies by filing appeal before the tribunal. This Court is not exercising its discretion to entertain the writ petition for the remedy of appeal is effective in the fact situation of this case. With a view to protect the interest of petitioner, in the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards possession of EP schedule property for a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. Petitioner to file appeal within thirty

(30) days from today and obtain further orders as are necessary in this behalf.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
