This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes without registering any criminal case against the petitioner, at the instance of respondents 5 to 10, as illegal, void and opposed to Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 18.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on earlier occasion, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.06.2019, requesting the respondent police to provide police aid to the petitioner in respect of the land mentioned in the complaint, on the basis of the order, dated 16.08.2016, passed in I.A.No.437 of 2016 in O.S.No.243 of 2016 by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate - Special Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, granting police aid, the authorities made a GD entry and informed the petitioner, that the 3rd respondent is ready and willing to provide police aid to the petitioner's land.

By the said written instructions, the allegations made in the writ petition that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 10, and also directing the petitioner not to enter into the subject land at the instance of respondents 5 to 10, are denied.

Learned AGP submits that respondents 3 and 4 did not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 10 with regard to the subject land, nor summoned the petitioner to the police station, at any point of time, as alleged.

Recording the submissions made on behalf of respondents 3 and 4, as above, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition. 7.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
