There was no representation for the petitioners when this matter was taken up for hearing on 30.09.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 05.10.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioners or their learned counsel.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
