The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 5th respondent - Shadnagar Municipality, represented by its Commissioner, has taken necessary action by seizing the public park and erecting the sign board and hence no further action need be taken and the writ petition may be closed. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
