THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.533 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents have entered into an agreement with the petitioner for supply of manpower to the respondents vide agreement, dated 05.10.2018, respondent No.3 is not permitting the petitioner to carry on the work entrusted to him vide the said agreement dated 05.10.2018.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, had submitted that it is the petitioner who is not supplying manpower to the respondents and, if the petitioner supplies manpower to the respondents, the respondents would utilize the services of the petitioner in pursuance of the agreement, dated 05.10.2018. In view of the above rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to supply manpower to the respondents and, upon such supply of manpower by the petitioner, the respondents shall permit the petitioner to carry on the works entrusted to him in pursuance of the above said agreement. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
