Ms.Manasi Ganu, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is interested to further prosecuting this application for appointment of Arbitrator. Hence, the appointment of Arbitrator through order, dated 02.11.2018 is revoked.

Sri Virupaksha Dattatreya Gowda, Retired District Judge, Flat No.903A, Manjeera Heights, Chitra Layout, Behind RR District Courts Complex, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District, is appointed as Arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the applicant and the respondent, including the claims and counter claims of both sides.
